Snows Citroën Basingstoke have reached accreditation on the Pro2Ace Aftersales programme, by Citroën UK!



In light of improvements to our Snows Citroën Basingstoke Aftersales department, the dealership has passed the Foundation Phase of 'ACE Accreditation'.

The ACE Accreditation is part of international programme (Pro2Ace) from the PSA Group. To achieve this accreditation, Snows Citroën Basingstoke had to work closely alongside Aftersales experts from Citroen UK. The Pro2Ace programme is a nine-month consultancy, coaching and training process that aims to maximise key opportunities within our Citroën Aftersales department in Basingstoke.

A wide range of services and facilities are reviewed throughout this programme, including customer parking, WiFi availability, refreshments, brand image, accessibility etc. Not only this, but the process works with the service team in order to optimise the standard of reception facilities and workshop processes. The aim of this being to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience and value for money when visiting our Snows Citroën dealership.

Snows Peugeot Romsey passed this accreditation earlier in the year, which you can also read about in this Snows blog article. The whole team at Snows are thrilled to see yet another one of our franchises reach a valuable and respectable stage in the Pro2Ace programme.

The ACE Accredition itself is a UK initiative that Citroën UK started back in 2015. Driven by an international programme from the PSA Group, this initiative from Citroën UK ensures a high standard of Aftersales services being carried out across all Citroën dealerships. Therefore, the entire network of Citroën dealers can guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and quality Aftersales services to be delivered.

Catherine Elder from Citroën UK, said: " The programme highlighted some real opportunity areas for improving both the working practices of the department and more so, customer experiences. Something that has really impressed me is how all members of the team have suggested and bought into ideas for making the most of these opportunities."
