Sian is an integral part of the Snows Leasing team and has helped grow the leasing department. Her favourite part of the job is developing a relationship with customers so they find their ideal vehicle. Sian has the extra advantage of being able to speak Spanish, having lived in Spain for two and a half years. Sian likes to keep active by taking her dog for walks and keeping fit at the gym.

Andy has been in the motor industry since he left school more than 30 years ago, building up extensive experience across a range of marques before joining Snows. The Lexus Business Centre at Hedge End has grown considerably under his direction and Andy’s aspiration is to make it is the number one Lexus Business Centre in the UK. Andy was a keen golfer, skier and cyclist before a knee injury curtailed activity.

Tom joined the motor industry back in 2015 after working in John Lewis Branches and Head Offices for 12 years. He has now recently returned to Snows, from working at Alphabet GB UK, to be BMW/MINI Corporate Sales Manager. Tom gets plenty of job satisfaction from working in the motor industry, as he explains “I enjoy the people and the exposure to cars most, as I get to work with and sell a product that I’m truly passionate about!”. In his spare time, Tom enjoys going to events at Goodwood, such as festival of speed. He also loves a physical challenge, as in the past few years he has completed the Three Peak Challenge and summited Kilimanjaro - one of his biggest achievements to date! Alastair has been at Snows for more than a decade, having started as a service advisor at Snows Toyota Southampton.
