We are looking to recruit a Digital Sales Executive to join our BMW Dealership in Portsmouth to contribute towards achieving departmental budgets and targets through converting digital leads into a sale by supporting customers through their remote e-commerce car buying journey, whilst providing the best possible customer service.

Your day

This role includes:

  • Achieving Sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring and measuring BMW performance in line with key measurables of the brand. Supporting the General Sales Manager and the team in meeting the KPI’s of the manufacturer in areas such as GDPR, QOR, NPS and My BMW App, CRM Leads & Complaints.
  • Responding to all Manufacturer and Carwow leads/enquiries within specified time scale.
  • Adhering to all Snows sales procedures including abiding by the individual Conduct Rules set out by the FCA.
  • Maintaining the best customer service and experience at all times to encourage repeat business.
  • Making improvement and suggestions that will contribute to increasing online sales and improving the e-commerce customer experience at Snows BMW.
  • Keeping updated with brand related and product training required to deliver an outstanding experience to customers and prospects.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience in telesales or face to face sales environment, used to working with and generating own leads. (Proven track record of F & I desirable).
  • A desire to achieve challenging goals and targets.
  • Passion for delivering an exclusive customer experience.
  • High level of social and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • PC and web literate.

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 - 18.00 (day off in week).
  • Saturday 8.30 - 17.30.
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
