We are currently on the lookout for a Customer Retention Executive (Motability) to expand our current Sales Team at MINI Portsmouth.
As a Customer Retention Executive (Motability), you will be accountable for generating renewal appointments for the Sales Team through the utilisation of manufacturer and dealer systems, and promoting Service Plan and Extended Warranty to existing customers.
Your day will include:
• Focusing on outbound calls to existing sales and service customers.
• Maintaining the relationship with the customer throughout their ownership cycle and creating renewal appointments for the Sales Team.
• Identifying the opportunities to offer extended warranty, and our service plan options to our customers.
• Working closely with the Business Manager and linking with the Sales Consultants on appointments.
• Creating appointments, and promoting various products to our customers via telephone and internet.
