We are looking for an individual to look after and nurture our customer database in the sales department. The ideal candidate would need to be able to demonstrate enthusiasm whilst on the phone and show the ability to book appointments from building rapport over a durable medium (phone or email).
They will be looking after the following areas within the sales department :
•1 by 1 FISC renewals system – calling and booking appointments for accounts reviews on current finance agreements
•Cooper Solutions; Who’s coming in – prospecting service customer’s prior to them bringing their car in for work and booking in test drive or appointment to look at changing their vehicle
•Carwow – responding to Carwow leads and having direct message conversations with enquiries
•We Want To Buy Your Car – sending a daily letter to customers with a We Want To Buy Your Car message
•RAPID Response quality control – to check the response quality and speed rate of responses by sales executives – follow up any lost leads or responses that haven’t been by sales executive
Working hours applicable to this role are:Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
