What we have collected

We may contact you as advised by our manufacturer partners and our nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle and any policies are maintained. We may cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made.

How long we keep it

The information related to this enquiry will be retained in our systems for 1 year, after which time it will be anonymised or destroyed. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you data will be retained for longer, and further consent will be obtained at the time of purchase.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights which can be found at Data Subject Rights. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

WHO CAN ENTER

This prize draw is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of age may be required.

By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. No purchase necessary.

WINNER SELECTION

All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.

Winners will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winners will be required to respond within 30 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event winners do not respond to communications within this period or if any prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.

Please allow 7 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize.
