TRAVEL WITHOUT THE HASSLE

Consider the following this winter, it could make all the difference to your driving experience

Car battery check

With flat or faulty batteries being the most common cause of breakdowns, it makes sense that you keep your battery in top condition. Genuine Batteries meet strict quality and safety standards and are exceptionally reliable, especially during colder conditions when batteries are more liable to suffer.

Buying a battery

Your local Snows Mazda Dealer can provide you with a Genuine Battery purposely built for your model and engine that also comes with a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty, whichever is soonest. Your Mazda Dealer can also recycle your old battery for you at no extra cost.

How can you extend your battery life?

Firstly, keep your battery dry and clean. Whenever you stop your vehicle, switch off the headlights, radio, heating and air-conditioning. If your Mazda won't start and you think the battery has gone flat, call your Roadside Assistance provider who will be there to help you make the necessary arrangements. If your vehicle is still under warranty, you will benefit from Mazda European Roadside Assistance and you can make use of this service by calling 0800 051 2395.

Tyre & brake checks

Your tyres and brakes are probably the two most important features when it comes to road safety, and yet few of us check them as often as we should. As the tread decreases your braking distance increases, make sure your tyres are legal and you are happy with the tread before you drive this winter.
