Our Southampton Head Office houses a number of key support functions and we are now looking to add strength to our accounts department.
You will be responsible for the input of daily banking’s and movements on the Company Bank Accounts, ensuring accurate allocation to the Sales and Purchase Ledgers. Posting Purchase invoices, reconciling monthly statements and paying suppliers in line with company policy. In addition you will give assistance to the dealership accountants with the preparation of the monthly management accounts. As such, our ideal candidate will be highly numerate, conscientious and PC literate. Experience gained within a general Accounts office would be advantageous.
This is a fast paced role where you will need to be adaptable, flexible and forward thinking. You will have an excellent phone manner and be comfortable in dealing with multiple and tasks at the same time.
Working hours applicable to this role are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm with one hour for lunch
