We are looking for an experienced Service Executive to take on this key customer facing role at our dealership at Portsmouth BMW. In addition to being highly personable and well presented the ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a genuine passion for delivering the highest levels of customer care. The ability to demonstrate a positive and 'can do' attitude is essential.
Responsibilities are varied and include greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership, booking in routine service and maintenance work, liaising with the Workshop Technicians and dealing with any customer enquiries as and when they arise. In undertaking all of these tasks, and more, the ability to deliver outstanding levels of service is the key ingredient.
Working hours applicable for the role:
Monday - Friday 7.45am - 5.45pm with half an hour for lunch
1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00am - 5.00pm with half an hour for lunch
