We are looking for somebody with highly developed interpersonal skills to take on this key customer facing role.
Responsibilities are varied and include greeting customers when they arrive at the dealership, booking in routine service and maintenance work, liaising with the vehicle technicians and tracking repairs through the workshop. You will have good communication skills and be required to deal with any customer enquires as they arise. In undertaking these tasks, and more, the ability to deliver outstanding levels of customer service is the key ingredient.
Whilst motor trade experience is advantageous it should not be considered a pre-requisite and we would happily take applicants with a strong customer service/hospitality background.
Working hours applicable to this role are:Week 1
Monday to Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm with an hour for lunch
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch
1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm
