We are extremely pleased to announce that both Lexus Hedge End and Snows Toyota Southampton have been recognised for their outstanding efforts in 2022 at their respective Manufacturer Awards.
On 21st February 2023, Lexus Hedge End were awarded for their performance in Used Vehicle Sales during 2022 at the Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards held at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London.
On accepting the award, Lexus Franchise Sales Manager Jon Oakley, said: “This is the second time in five years that Lexus Hedge End have won the prestigious Used Car Award at the annual Centre of Excellence Awards Ceremony in London. I am very proud of the hard work and dedication that the team have put in over this past year, and I look forward to seeing what they can do in the year ahead. It was an honour receiving this award on their behalf, congratulations to all at Lexus Hedge End."
A day later, on 22nd February 2023, Snows saw success once again with a win for Snows Toyota Southampton, who were recognised in the New Car Sales for 2022 category at Toyota’s Annual BRIT Awards.
In addition to Southampton’s win in New Car Sales, Snows Toyota Plymouth came second place in the BRIT Aftersales Award, ranking them in the top two Toyota Aftersales teams in the country – a great achievement.
Accepting the award, Toyota Franchise Sales Manager Dale Vaughan, said: “On an excellent evening at a great location, I was delighted to be able to accept an award at an event which recognises the performances of Toyota retailers across the country. In the past three years, our Southampton Centre has been named second in various categories at the BRIT awards and this win is testament to the team’s commitment and effort. Winning this award is a fantastic way to start the year and I want to thank the team for their continued dedication to ensuring that every customer is provided with a quality experience.
The annual Toyota ‘Best Retailer in Town’ Awards – known as the BRITs - and Lexus Centre of Excellence Awards recognises the top performing retailers in the UK and is made up of scores across the business, including new and used vehicle sales, marketing, and customer feedback.
