Talent Academy
TALENT ACADEMY The aim of a Talent Academy course is to help equip colleagues with the relevant knowledge and skills required to carry out some of our Sales and Service function roles. There will be a menu of different courses and supplier training individuals can attend, some mandatory and others optional, all working in tandem with the Talent Management programme.
APPRENTICESHIPS At Snows, we are proud to be able to support Apprentices, across a variety of functions, to learn their craft and develop their skills with the support of a Mentor and their teams, as well as reputable training providers and our partnered manufacturers. Apprenticeships are available at a variety of levels within Snows and we have a sound track record of our Apprentices achieving growth and climbing their career ladder with Snows.

After working for a large corporate company for 30 years, I came to Snows nearly 3 years ago and it was a breath of Fresh air, working for a family run company. They take pride in caring and appreciating you and what you do for them.
