Yes, you can install a home charger box in your home, so you can charge your Polestar when it best suits you. Use the Polestar Energy app to find out what the best time is to charge your car for the lowest rate. By using the app, you can also schedule a time of departure and set a preferred charging level, and you will only be charged 7p/kWh every time the car charges until you leave. Polestar partners with a wide range of electric charging providers, including lonity, Instavolt and many more across Europe and the UK with Polestar Charge. Polestar cars uses Type 2 CCS connector, which is compatible with most charging stations. Use Google Maps or the Polestar Charge App to find all available charging locations across the country and Europe.
Plug & Charge enables you to start and pay for charging by connecting your Polestar to compatible charging stations. These stations are highlighted in Google Maps and the Polestar Charge App.
The Plug & Charge provides a secure connection between the car and charger for instant authentication and payment, eliminating the need to open an app or use a card.
All Polestar owners should receive a Polestar Charge Card during their car handover. Polestar or Snows Polestar cannot send a card in advance, but you can prepare in advance by downloading the Polestar Charge App and setting up your account and payment method. After the handover, you can pair your Polestar Charge card with your account.

If you have lost your Polestar Charge Card or if it has been stolen, please deactivate it in your account in the Polestar Charge app and order a new card directly in the app.
