What we have collected

Snows Motor Group Limited (We / Us / Snows) will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you will provide to us for this request.

Why we need it and what we do with it

We collect your personal data to be able to respond to your enquiry. We may contact you as advised by our manufacturer partners and our nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle and any policies are maintained. We may cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made.

How long we keep it

The information related to this enquiry will be retained in our systems for 1 year, after which time it will be anonymised or destroyed. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you data will be retained for longer, and further consent will be obtained at the time of purchase.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights which can be found at Data Subject Rights. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
