What we have collected

Snows Motor Group Limited (We / Us / Snows) will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you will provide to us for this request.

Why we need it and what we do with it

We collect your personal data to be able to respond to your enquiry. If you have chosen not to receive marketing via email, your email address will only be used to allow us to send you a confirmation receipt that we have received this enquiry. Snows has determined the lawful basis for processing this data as legitimate interest.

We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff in the UK and by GForces Web Management Limited (website provider) in the EEA, and Keyloop Holdings (UK) Limited (RapidRTC CRM).

Where we have collected your marketing preferences, we will use the lawful basis of consent for the processing of this data. If you would like to change your preferences in the future, you can advise us by using our Data Preferences Centre by visiting https://www.snows.co.uk/data-preferences.

We may contact you as advised by our manufacturer partners and our nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle and any policies are maintained. We may cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made.

How long we keep it

The information related to this enquiry will be retained in our systems for 1 year, after which time it will be anonymised or destroyed. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you data will be retained for longer, and further consent will be obtained at the time of purchase.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights which can be found at Data Subject Rights. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

*£199 3-year Service Care Plan Terms & Conditions: 3 years scheduled servicing operations included (excl. arduous service conditions). This also includes age/mileage related operations such as brake fluid, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter & pollen filter depending on powertrain.

Passenger vehicle service intervals are as follows –

Petrol – 1 year/12,500 miles

Diesel – 1 year/20,000 miles (Traveller 2 years/32,000 miles)

HYBRID – 1 year/20,000 miles

Electric - Initial operation 1 year / 8,000 miles then scheduled services 2 years / 16,000 miles.

Available on vehicles ordered between 01/04/2025 and 31/12/2025. To qualify for the offer, the service plan must be set-up within 9 months of the vehicle registration date. This applies to vehicles previously registered during 2024. Offer applies to Retail purchases only. Motability, Fleet, Business and Peugeot Employee Sales are excluded from this offer.
