The free excess voucher is available to customers who purchase a new or used vehicle from a Snows retailer, or utilise a Snows service department.

The voucher only applies when the claim is reported to, accepted and managed by Snows Accident Repair Centre and the accident repair is carried out at our Snows Approved Bodyshop..

Only one voucher can be issued per vehicle. The voucher can only be used once.

To redeem the voucher you must call Snows first on the dedicated number immediately after an accident. If you call any other manufacturer number or your insurer without our instruction the voucher will bee void. Snows Excess Return is a separate service to Snows Accident Assistance.

Where we accept and complete the vehicle repair, we will deduct up to £100 from any policy excess paid by you. The repair cost must be settled by you or the insurer.

A courtesy car is provided subject to availability when you call Snows Accident Aftercare first and your car is repaired by Snows Accident Repair Centre.

The voucher is not for standalone glass claims or SMART repairs.

This offer may be withdrawn at any time and is subject to Snows discretion. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. E&EO.

If your vehicle is deemed uneconomical to repair (i.e. a total loss) the voucher is invalid.

Vehicle collection is subject to insurer restrictions/circumstances. A collection charge may be applicable.
