Join Lexus Hedge End and our business customers for this special event, hosted by our Corporate & Fleet department.

We are delighted to invite Business Owners and leaders to an exclusive Tennis Tournament and networking event hosted by Lexus Hedge End as part of our new partnership with Winchester Racquets and Fitness. This exciting event will take place on Thursday 10th October, at the prestigious tennis club.

    • This tournament is a fantastic opportunity for business owners to engage in friendly competition, enjoy an afternoon of tennis, and expand professional networks in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. We encourage each business to enter as a doubles pair, but you are welcome to enter multiple doubles teams per business.

    After the tournament, please join us for a delightful evening of food and drinks, where you can continue to network and build valuable connections with other local business leaders.

    What we have collected

    We may contact you as advised by our manufacturer partners and our nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle and any policies are maintained. We may cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made.

    How long we keep it

    The information related to this enquiry will be retained in our systems for 1 year, after which time it will be anonymised or destroyed. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you data will be retained for longer, and further consent will be obtained at the time of purchase.

    What are your rights?

    In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and Data Protection Act 2018, you have a number of rights which can be found at Data Subject Rights. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter.     Alternatively, please enter your team here. We need all participants to register on our portal, to be able to enter the competition. Please follow this link which should take you to our portal where you can ‘register’. Once registered, click on the competitions tile > tennis > Lexus Invitational Doubles > then enter the name of who you will be playing doubles with (they need to be registered too). You and your partner will then be registered. Following this please email marketing@snows.co.uk with your level of play and dietary requirements.
