As well as offering a comfortable and air-conditioned ride, the Seal delivers a near-silent one, making it very relaxing for all concerned. Most importantly, it allows the driver to concentrate fully on the road ahead. The BYD Seal compares very well with other vehicles in its class. For instance, it’s longer and wider than the Tesla Model 3 and Polestar 2, and taller than the Tesla Model 3. It also features a class-competitive 400-litre boot and a 53-litre ‘frunk’ (an extra boot located beneath the bonnet). Standard-issue tech highlights include a 10.25-inch full-LCD instrument panel and a 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen that rotates according to your preference. Also featured are a 10-speaker sound system, front and rear USB inputs, 4G connectivity and Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.
