All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff in the UK and by Keyloop (UK) Limited ('Keyloop'), our third-party web services provider is stored within the EEA.

Where we have collected your marketing preferences, we will use the lawful basis of consent for the processing of this data. If you would like to change your preferences in the future, you can advise us by using our Data Preferences Centre by visiting https://www.snows.co.uk/data-preferences.

We may contact you as advised by our manufacturer partners and our nominated partner suppliers to ensure the ongoing safety and care of your vehicle and any policies are maintained. We may cross check your data with the DVLA to ensure accurate and timely communications can be made.

How long we keep it

If you have expressed an interest in our products or services (but not purchased anything or provided any marketing consent), the maximum time* that we will retain your personal data is 2 years from the date of your enquiry;

If you have purchased goods or services from us (or from our selected partners (but not provided any marketing consent) the maximum time* that we will retain your personal data is until the later of: (i) 8 years from the date that we supplied goods or services to you; or (ii) 3 years from our last contact with you.

If you have consented to receiving marketing from us the maximum time* that we will retain your personal data is 6 years from the date you last made contact with us (or longer if the above paragraph is applicable).
