Volvo On Call offers useful controls of your Volvo and enables emergency assistance wherever you are. Volvo On Call is also your entry point to a growing range of services that will make your life a little bit easier.
If you and your Volvo ever need roadside assistance, Volvo On Call will be there, even if you can't call for help and no matter where you are.
The Volvo On call subscription supplied from new is for an initial period of 3 years. If you would like to continue using Volvo On Call you will need to renew your subscription, you can do this for either 1 or 2 years. We recommend this is undertaken before it expires as this can be administered easily through our online renewal option or the On Call App.
If the subscription has expired then additional work is needed which has to be done by an approved Volvo retailer. This may result in additional costs.

You will need your VIN to be able to do this. More about your VIN can be found here.
Renewal of the subscription can also be administered via the Volvo On Call App. In this case, you will not be required to enter your VIN.
If you renew using the Volvo On Call App your VIN is already pre populated.
The cost to renew / extend your subscription is:
1 Year Subscription £34.90 incl VAT
2 Year Subscription £59.90 incl VAT

Using the Volvo On Call app requires your car to be factory-equipped with Volvo On Call, model year 2012 and later. Depending on the model of your Volvo, there may be variations on the features available.
