Flagship Snows Group dealership named as sponsor of major Hampshire food festival

Organisers of a popular food festival on the South Coast have thanked the team at a flagship Snows Group dealership after the business pledged its support as sponsor of the event.

Lexus Hedge End has been named as the sponsor of Southsea Food Festival, which takes place this year on July 15 and 16 and is organised by Portsmouth City Council.

The event will be packed with more than 50 stalls offering goodies from some of the best food and drink producers in the area.

Additionally, Southsea Food Festival includes Eat the Island, a new food industry networking opportunity on June 8 that aims to bring together local businesses to inspire each other, create opportunities to work together and celebrate the area’s vibrant food and drink scene.

At Southsea Food Festival, food lovers will be able to browse, sample and buy a wide range of products including sausages, cakes, chocolate, cheese, condiments and even Portsmouth aged rum. There will be plenty of options for veggies, vegans and anyone avoiding gluten or dairy.

In addition, there will be a live music stage featuring local musical talent, family entertainment, plus loads of great tips from chefs, bakers and industry experts.

The event is also supported by Hovertravel, Hampshire Fare, the Queens Hotel and Wave 105.

Lexus Hedge End, in Botley Road, Hedge End, Southampton, is one of 50 or so franchised dealerships operated by Snows, a family-run business operating at the heart of the communities it serves in southern and South-West England.

Snows also runs five approved service centres and 13 used car centres, the newest of which is in Millbrook, Southampton, and opened last month.
