Just fantastic! Motability customer Imali’s high

praise for Snows SEAT dealership in Poole

Snows CUPRA Poole has won praise for the ‘‘fantastic’’ levels of service it delivers to one of its customers.


Imali Chislett, who has just obtained a new car through the Motability scheme, paid tribute to the team at Snows SEAT in Poole – and in particular, senior sales executive Jason Batten.

Imali, who has a range of debilitating health issues and uses a wheelchair, says the care and attention she is shown by Jason and his colleagues is exceptional – and a refreshing change from her experiences at other car showrooms.

Businesswoman Imali, who lives with her husband Cameron in Fareham, Hants., first visited Snows SEAT in Poole some years ago while spending time with family members in the area. Their experience was such a positive one that have remained loyal ever since – even whilst living away from the South Coast and as far north as Ripon in North Yorkshire!

Imali confirmed: ‘‘My husband and I have been using Snows SEAT in Poole for a number of years because of a lease car we have been running – and we’re continually impressed by the excellent service we receive.

‘‘The team have always been fantastic with me when it comes to visiting the showroom, accessing the services they provide and most recently, organising my new Motability car.’’

Imali and Cameron run Inkfire, disabled-led business development agency they established in 2018. The company, which specialises in graphic design, website development, public relations and social media, has grown impressively since then.

It has clients all over the world and the couple have around 10 core team members who work remotely on a wide range of exciting projects.


Paying tribute to the team at Snows SEAT Poole, Imali said: ‘‘As a wheelchair user and business owner, I run my own blog and I’m quite involved in the disability community. I know first-hand how rare it is to find a supportive customer service environment.

‘‘One thing I really value about the Poole team – and Jason Batten in particular – is that they always make me feel I’m just like anyone else. As a young person with a disability, that’s actually quite unusual. You tend to be heaped in with senior citizens and independence isn’t encouraged! The showroom is so well thought out for wheelchair use, and the way that they can help must be a massive selling point to other disabled people in the area.’’


Imali – a huge Taylor Swift fan – was delighted recently to pick up a top-of-the-range SEAT Ateca obtained via Motability, which offers an affordable way for disabled customers to lease a new car, wheelchair-accessible vehicle, scooter or powered wheelchair.

As she has yet to learn to drive, Cameron will be getting behind the wheel for the time being.
