The Fiat Punto was launched in 1994, and has become a firm favourite among British drivers ever since. It blends smart, chic Italian lines with lots of interior space.
The latest version was launched in 2006 and has been significantly updated several times throughout its life. The first version was known as the Grande Punto; the 2010 update was the Punto Evo; and, since the last update in 2012, it’s now simply called the Punto.
All share the same headlights and window line, with tweaks to the grille, interior, handling and engines. There’s a huge variety of engines and trim levels, plus both three and five-door versions, meaning you can find your perfect Punto with ease.
Later models include Fiat’s frugal two-cylinder TwinAir engine, along with MultiJet diesels that offer CO2 emissions of just 90g/km - that means free road tax and impressively affordable fuel bills.
