Starting today, July 18, 2025, Leapmotor UK is launching its own electric vehicle grant. This grant is called the ‘LEAP-GRANT.’ It allows UK drivers to save up to £3,750 on the brand’s all-electric vehicles. This manufacturer-led initiative offers immediate financial benefits ahead of the forthcoming government scheme, which has yet to announce details regarding qualifying vehicles or exact discounts.

The flagship Leapmotor C10 family SUV now benefits from the full £3,750 LEAP-GRANT, bringing its on-the-road (OTR) price down to just £32,750. Meanwhile, the compact and versatile T03 city car comes with a £1,500 grant, making it the most affordable new five-door electric car currently available in the UK at £14,495 OTR.

As a bonus, both models are available with 0% APR* finance options.

Taking a bold step to support the transition to electric mobility, Leapmotor UK becomes the first manufacturer to introduce a direct-to-consumer EV grant following the government’s announcement of its own support scheme – which isn’t expected to be implemented until next month. While official details of the government programme remain uncertain, Leapmotor is offering customers a clear and immediate path to savings.

The LEAP-GRANT delivers around 10% off selected models and includes the following offers:

• Leapmotor C10 SUV – £3,750 grant applied, priced from £32,750 OTR, or available via PCP for £319/month with a £319 deposit at 0% APR*
• Leapmotor T03 city car – £1,500 grant applied, priced from £14,495 OTR, or available via PCP for £169/month with a £169 deposit at 0% APR*

Combining generous savings with strong equipment levels and low running costs, both vehicles stand out for their value and accessibility. With the grant applied, the T03 becomes the lowest-priced new five-door EV in the UK – a compelling option for budget-conscious buyers.

The Leapmotor T03 is a smartly packaged electric city car, offering a roomy cabin, up to 165 miles of WLTP range, fast DC charging, and premium features as standard – including a panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, a rearview camera with parking sensors, keyless start, and a 10.1” touchscreen display.

The larger Leapmotor C10 SUV boasts up to 263 miles of WLTP-certified range and a rich specification. It includes a 12-speaker audio system, panoramic sunroof, dual HD screens, 360-degree camera, heated seats and steering wheel, intelligent ambient lighting, V2L capability, power tailgate, and a Euro NCAP five-star safety rating backed by advanced driver assistance systems.

All Leapmotor vehicles are supported by a comprehensive four-year vehicle warranty, with an eight-year warranty on the battery, offering added assurance for long-term ownership.

The LEAP-GRANT is now available through Leapmotor’s UK retail network from 18th July 2025, helping customers take the first confident step toward accessible and rewarding electric motoring.
