Your payments are processed using bank level security which means there is not a requirement to give out your card information over the phone. Cocoon payments are powered by Sentenial Limited, trading as Nuapay, a company regulated by the FCA - Financial Conduct Authority.

Seamless Experience

You can authenticate your payment in just a few clicks via your banking app. However, don't worry if you don't have a banking app as there is also an option of a secure card payment online.

Bank payments are processed by Sentenial Limited, trading as Nuopay, who are authorised by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under The Payment Services Regulation 2017 (PSR2017).

Card payments are processed using PCI DSS Level 1 standard, which means your cardholder information is secure and safe.​​
