Key Protection at Snows provides up to £500 (including VAT) towards lock and key replacement in the event of last or stolen house and car keys. The following additional benefits apply up to the policy limit of £500 (including VAT):
✔ 24 hours, 365 days a year assistance
✔ Up to £30 (including VAT) per day up to 3 days for car hire if you are stranded more than 20 miles from home due to theft or loss of your car keys
✔ Up to £30 (including VAT) towards call out charges if your keys are locked in the car or broken in the lock of the car

If you need to make a claim under your policy, please contact AXA Assistance on 0800 032 4649 within 48 hours of the incident and assistance will be arranged for you. All costs relating to the claim must be met by the policy holder in the first instance. For validation of your claim and reimbursement of costs, the original invoice(s), receipt(s) and crime reference/ lost property number must be sent to: AXA Assistance, The Quadrangle, 106-118 Satation Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1PR.
These must be within 21 days of the original notification to AXA Assistance.
