Snows Accident Repair Centre awarded their CARSQA LTD Certification!

Snows are extremely proud to confirm the achievement of our Accident Repair Centre (SARC) in Millbrook, Southampton, as the team have now received their CARSQA LTD certification of: BS10125: 2014+A1: 2016.

What does this mean?

"The provision of a paint and body repair service for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in accordance with BS10125: 2014 +A1: 2016 Vehicle Damage Repair Specification for category 1, 2 and 3 Structural Steel and Aluminium Repairs"

The British Standards document was designed to assist the industry of vehicle repair as a benchmark for safe repairs. CARSQA Ltd a UKAS Accredited Certification Body conducted an audit at Snows Accident Repair Centre to review whether our Centre has implemented the requirements of the standard.

Kevin Porter MD of CARSQA Ltd commented, ‘’Snows has managed to provide evidence of a robust management system being implemented, which meets the British Standard and the requirements contained within. Snows achievement is a testimony to the business and staff dedication and hard work. It is also recognised that the company has invested heavily on the new site, not just for the standard, but to build a business which can evolve with the changes of the industry and vehicle technology’’.

“The four cornerstones on which the standard was built; Man, Method, Machine & Material, are all being affected by technological changes’’.

The four main principles are assessed to make sure that the site successfully meets the standards required. What's more, our team at SARC have also met the additional requirements by including aluminium as part of the scope of certification.
