On Thursday 14th April 2016, the first ever Hampshire Motability Motor Show was held by Snows, Hendy Group, and Picador Plc at the Ageas Bowl. Conscious of the challenges that some Motability Scheme customers could face, the event aimed to bring a huge variety of vehicles together in one convenient location.
The attraction of thirteen different vehicle brands in the same place couldn’t be missed, and from 9am until 4pm, over 800 people turned up to view a selection of models from BMW, Dacia, Ford, Honda, Kia, Mazda, MINI, Peugeot, Renault, SEAT, Toyota, Vauxhall, and Volvo. Experts from each brand were on hand to provide advice about the adaptations available on the Motability Scheme, to ensure that all drivers and passengers could receive the best possible driving experience. Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) were also available to view, with demonstrations showing how to utilise available equipment.

Users of the Motability Scheme can benefit from a brand new vehicle every three years (five years for WAVs), as well as a fantastic range of other benefits including full breakdown assistance; insurance; servicing; tyre replacement; two named drivers on the vehicle, and more.
