National Apprenticeship Week 2022

It's National Apprenticeship Week and we thought it would be great to speak to our people currently going through this process here at Snows.

We've spoken to Connor Arthur, a third year apprentice about to take his final exams from Snows Peugeot Romsey:

Snows: So Connor, what do you like about your apprenticeship?
Connor: You learn on the job, what it takes and what pressures it comes with. You learn in real world scenarios as opposed to sitting in a class room. The training provided is designed to get the best out of you and shape you into the best technician you can be.

Snows: Why choose an apprenticeship?
Connor: You learn new skills whilst earning an income and building the foundations of my career with Snows. I've always had an interest in cars and being hands on, the role really appealed to me.

Snows: Would you recommend an apprenticeship to anyone thinking about it?
Connor: Yes, the job is enjoyable, rewarding and you get support whilst learning.
