The great efforts of Snows Peugeot are paying off with this fantastic achievement....

Peugeot UK have recognised Snows Peugeot, based in Romsey, as passing the Foundation Phase of ‘ACE Accreditation’ in light of improvements made to their Aftersales division!


On Tuesday 28th March, one of our Snows Peugeot dealerships was commended for their dedicated work and improvements made within the Aftersales division in particular. To achieve the accreditation, the Snows Peugeot management team had to work alongside Aftersales experts from Peugeot UK. This was on a nine-month consultancy, coaching and training programme, to maximise key opportunities within their service department based in Romsey.

The programme covered everything from customer parking and onsite facilities, such as Wi-Fi availability and refreshments, as well as working in detail with the service team to optimise the standard of their reception and workshop processes. The aim being to ensure customers receive the best possible experience and value for money when visiting the Peugeot dealership.

ACE Accreditation is a UK initiative that Peugeot UK started in 2015. Driven by an international programme from the PSA Group, this initiative from Peugeot UK ensures a high standard of Aftersales services are delivered to customers via their entire network of dealers.

Achievements such as the ACE Accreditation showcases how providing quality services and attentive customer care is the pride of the company. The drive to keep on improving and beating targets set each year means Snows Peugeot Romsey is set to carry on getting better and better.
