The team at Snows SEAT in Yeovil have been rewarded for their hard efforts, after coming out on top at the National Performance Awards.

We are thrilled to announce that our Snows SEAT showroom in Yeovil is now an 'award-winning dealership' after receiving the National Aftersales Performance honour for 2017.

Among tough competition, Snows SEAT Yeovil stood out from the crowd due to the dedication, experience and care within their Aftersales department, which has now rewarded them with a truly special achievement.

The National Performance Awards 2017 observed a total of 122 dealers nationally, with five award categories on offer, including Sales, Aftersales, Satisfaction, Loyality and the Overall Top Performing Dealership. Within the Aftersales category, there were specific key performance indicators taken into consideration such as: repair quality, sales, parts and accessories, retail hours growth and Aftersales Net Promoter score.

Our Snows SEAT dealership located in Yeovil is now an award winner, as it has officially been announced as the number one Aftersales performer in the UK! Receiving a fantastic overall score of 91.5%, which is still rising, SEAT Yeovil are now proudly topping the charts on the UK Balance Scoreboard.
