Toyota (GB) are partnering with BBC Children In Need 2020.

Toyota GB are proudly supporting the 10th Anniversary of the Rickshaw Challenge for Children In Need 2020.

Children and young people across the UK are currently facing a multitude of challenges, including illness, poverty, mental health problems, isolation, loneliness and social injustice. Sadly, the coronavirus pandemic has made life even harder for those who were already experiencing difficulties in their lives.

BBC Children in Need is there to help children and young people who urgently need support to overcome these challenges and through this partnership Toyota (GB) and Snows Toyota can help fund local charities and projects making a real difference to young lives in communities throughout the UK.

Since it was introduced in 2011, the Rickshaw Challenge has raised £35,373,713 for BBC Children in Need. As it celebrates its 10th anniversary, Toyota are supporting this year’s challenge by providing a range of vehicles, including RAV4, Mirai and PROACE, to support the team throughout the ride.

Snows Toyota are extremely proud to be taking part in this iconic fundraising event, and we hope that you can help us raise as much money as possible through the power of Toyota!

Children in need 2020

Matt Baker and the team are riding the equivalent of Matt’s first solo Rickshaw ride in 2011, albeit a slightly different format due to COVID-19 restrictions, from Edinburgh to London – 332 miles – but from within the iconic grounds of ‘Glorious’ Goodwood. The team are planning to reach their target each day, in time for a live broadcast into The One Show each evening at 7pm. Tune-in to Children In Need on Friday 13th November 2020 to see how they get on with this mammoth challenge.

Good luck Team Rickshaw 2020!
