Snows are an AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 18 Brands at 52 franchises are proud to be expanding our Customer Contact Centre (CCC) in Hedge End, near Southampton and isbased at our Lexus and Toyota dealership.

Reporting to the General Manager Customer Contact Centre, the Customer Contact Centre Executive (Projects) will be an active participant in delivering the booking and sales targets as well as supporting the CCC with ad-hoc tasks which supports the Group with its goals and aspirations. You will be part of a 15-member strong team made up of a diverse group of people and working alongside our Marketing, Digital & Communications department.

This is a “warm” call position, where customers are expecting to receive our notifications. There is no cold calling and we have a lot of customers who need us to contact them to get booked into our very busy workshops. The mix of calls is approximately 60% Outbound and 40% Inbound, but this depends on the time of year.

Your day

As our Customer Contact Centre Executive (Projects), the core duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Promote and maintain positive people relations across the Group.
  • Deliver to key performance targets regarding making customer bookings and upselling of key products to help the business hit sales targets.
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls relating to VHC Booking reminders and securing new business into the company.
  • Offer support and advice to CCC Executives, practices and how to apply them.
  • Deal effectively & efficiently with CCC issues including customer complaints and resolution.
  • Adhering to Quality metrics for making high quality bookings and providing the best in customer service to our dealerships and their customers.
  • Carry out project work as and when required.
  • Travel to dealerships within the Group to provide both proactive support and help with any training issues required for the CCC team.
  • Comply with all of Snows policies and procedures.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) 40 hours per week.
