Due to the continuing expansion of one of the UKs and fastest growing Brand, we are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager with the self-motivation and drive to join the team covering 6 SEAT & CUPRA Franchises, and adjoining Too Good To Auction Used Car multi-franchise sites and a SEAT Fleet department.
With extensive motor industry knowledge, you must have a sustained and proven track record in management of large volume dealers in both new and used sales and F&I
You will possess a strong leadership style in order to achieve volume and margin objectives, whilst delivering first class Customer Service.
A highly effective motivator, you will already have leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others.
You’ll have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
It is essential that you have the ability to manage and motivate a team of Sales Managers as well as the sales team, to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised in order to exceed targets.
This role will require outstanding communication skills, and an extensive knowledge of KPI reporting procedures.

Working hours applicable to this role are:
Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.00pm with an hour for lunch
