With your passion for new products, technology and customer service you will play an extremely key role within our Lexus Sales Team, becoming the recognised expert within the Department. You will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the Lexus products with potential owners, supporting the purchase process. You will work effectively with the rest of the Dealership Team, bringing skills and knowledge that will inspire our customers, build commitment and loyalty and ultimately increase sales.
As a Lexus Sales Executive you will………
Provide an engaging, warm 1st point of contact for our customers, be that via our digital platform or by customers visiting our Showroom.
Be PROACTIVE and eager to learn and to share your knowledge with our customers and Sales Team, using available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of Lexus Technologies as well as developments across the Motor Industry.
Listen to customers to understand their needs, questions and aspirations….creating a non-pressurised, non-threatening sales environment.
Promote the Lexus Brand, products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly understandable way.
Complete product presentations, test drives and assist with vehicle handovers…enhancing the customer experience at every touchpoint.
Embrace the latest technology available, including tablets and video, to assist customers through the purchase of their new Lexus.
Support off site events, acting as an ambassador for your Dealership and the Lexus Brand.
Work with others within the Lexus Team to build effective relationships and specifically handing customers to and from Sales Executives to complete other elements of the purchase process, specifically negotiation and finance.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required……
Proven customer service skills in a Retail environment over a number of years
First Class communication skills, specifically the ability to explain complex subjects in a simple relevant manner.
MUST have a Passion for Technology and the drive to find the latest releases.
Have an interest in gadgets and IT, a good understanding of websites, smart phones, along with Microsoft and Apple.
This is certainly not the role for you if you are not proactive and have the drive to learn…..We want a Genius, only the best and most committed will fulfil the job title.
Working hours applicable to the role are:
Monday – Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm with an hour for lunch (day off during in the week)
Saturdays 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
