IT Support Executive

We are looking for a first line IT Support Executive based at our Head Office in Southampton that will be working together with a small team to deliver a professional high-quality service to end users.

Job Responsibilities

  • • Provide First line support to all sites and staff
  • • Support Hardware and Software Installation
  • • Monitoring of IT Help Desk Ticketing system
  • • Administering starters, leavers and transfers
  • • Purchase of hardware for staff
  • • Site visits when required

The ideal candidate will have experience within some of the following areas:

  • • OS Setup/Support - Windows 10 & 11
  • • Microsoft Office (multiple versions)
  • • Office 365

We are looking for people who are:

  • • Logical thinkers with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Great communication skills and work as part of a team
  • • Willing to travel to remote sites to resolve issues and install equipment
  • • Strong customer service ethos
  • • Ability to work well with people
  • • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
  • • Valid UK driving licence is essential

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)

After 6 months the candidate will be added to a rota to cover early starts (07:30) and late finishes (18:00)
