Snows KIA Guildford Ranked in Top Ten Dealerships in Country for Customer Service

Snows is renowned for putting the customer at the heart of the business. So it’s no wonder that its KIA Guildford dealership has won an award for outstanding customer service, shortly after a service adviser at the same branch achieved Master Technician status in under a year.

Snows Kia Guildford Award

Of almost 200 KIA dealerships in the UK, 25 were selected for a new KIA award, which commends dealer teams who consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences. Snows KIA Guildford is delighted to have come sixth in this ranking with a score of 90.2%, placing them far above the national average. The winning dealerships are selected on a range of factors, including scores from mystery shops. Since KIA Guildford was opened in 2014 it has strived to be one of the best in the business, and this latest award reflects an ardent dedication to improving customer experience.

On Friday 6th February 2017, KIA UK’s Marketing Director – David Hilbert – presented the award to dealership staff, alongside Snows' Board Director Neil McCue and Franchise Manager Adam Lawrence. David was introduced to each member of staff individually before everyone gathered in the showroom and the accolade was given. Every team member received a limited edition lapel pin badge, and a framed certificate will now take pride of place at KIA Guildford.

2016 was a fantastic year for the dealership and 2017 is already proving to be no different. The new Rio is making waves as a stylish supermini with an impressive range of engines to choose from, and Snows' KIA Guildford team are determined to achieve even more next year.

Snows has 33 dealerships across the South of England, including two KIA dealerships located in Basingstoke and Guildford. The Group prides itself on its reputation and dedication to delivering excellent customer service, and is rewarded by the fact that over half of its business comes from returning customers. With Snows, driving becomes an experience, rather than a chore.
